I grew up in a tier-3 town in Telangana. My college didn't have placements. My seniors told me to "just apply on Naukri." I made every mistake — bad resume, wrong roles, silent rejections. It took me 4 years to figure out what a career coach could have taught me in 4 hours.
In 2024 I started sharing what I learned on Telegram — for free. Students started showing up with the same questions, and the DMs became overwhelming. That's when I realized: this doesn't scale with humans. It scales with AI.
UniqueBy AI is the coach I wish I had at 19. If it helps even one student in a tier-3 college land a role they didn't think was possible — we've done our job.
